Reset in the City

Marioles van Dijk designed Reset in the City, set in Parisine Plus. Marloes van Dijk, from Studio Daad, created a book for a group of architects from their city of Hertogenbosch. They already used Parisine Plus for another project last year, and they love the typeface! The new theme was “Reset the City.” It’s about old buildings/fabrics that became useless. For these buildings there are two options: break down the building, create a new building or to keep the building, give it a new function and make some changes so the building will be perfectly transformed for it’s new function.

The group of architects that Studio Daad work with, believe in transforming old, characteristic buildings, prepare them to be functional again. This project is an overview of what will happen in 2012, many buildings are going to be transformed, movies about ‘Reset the City’, day and night for architecture and so on. All set in Parisine and Parisine Plus.
