You can choose between several payment options offered by typofonderie.com: Carte Bleue, e-carte bleue (french customers), VISA, MasterCard, American Express.

Lyra-Network is a leader in the delivery of French bank flows from the payment terminals. CVV (or CSV)

For MasterCard, Visa, and Discover, the CSC is the last three digits in the signature area on the back of your card. For American Express, it’s the four digits on the front of the card.

How do I use 2-factor authentication?

The 2-factor authentication requires to be activated by the bank that issues your credit card with a process that depends on the bank. That’s why you should check directly on your bank’s or American Express website for more information.

For security reasons and to protect your confidential information, your bank cannot provide us with the reason why your payment was declined. In 99% of cases, it is your bank that rejects your payment, as it is your bank that guarantees the security of your credit card transactions.

We urge you to contact your bank to resolve most payment problems. Your bank’s phone number can usually be found on the back of your card.

Possible causes include: You have exceeded the monthly rolling credit limit on your card. You can try another bank card immediately. The information entered is incorrect or your bank thinks that this type of purchase does not correspond to the usual activity of your bank card? “Type foundry” may seem strange to some automated check system. The bank’s authorisation server may have been too busy, so please wait a while before trying again.

Why can’t I pay with American Express credit card?

As for credit cards, any purchase online must be verified and validated via American Express SafeKey.

SafeKey® is the online verification system implemented by American Express to secure online transactions and ensure that the person making the transaction is who they say they are.

That’s why by authenticating to SafeKey when paying via typofonderie.com, American Express ensures that you are the Cardholder and will confirm your identity with a unique code that is sent to you for each transaction.

When you pay a Typofonderie order on our secure server, the URL begins with “https,” indicating that you are connected to our SSL server. Some browsers show this type of connection by a key or a closed padlock. All your personal data (card number, name, etc.) are coded and can’t be readable in the network.

Payment by credit card is in conformity with Payzen payment system. In case of such payment by credit card, the client of typofonderie.com’s account is debited the day of the order and immediate download. Your banking data are not saved at Typofonderie.

Each data registered by typofonderie.com constitutes the evidence of all the commercial transactions carried out between Typofonderie and its clients. Prices and VAT

All prices from typofonderie.com are displayed in Euro and free of taxes.
International customers do not pay French VAT.
French and EU customers of typofonderie.com will have to pay the additional French tax “VAT” at 10% that is calculated during the checking out of your order. VAT will appear on the “Cart total” of the client of typofonderie.com checkout and invoice.
EU customers (doesn’t apply to French customers): To avoid paying the French VAT, during the purchase, you can indicate your valid EU VAT number. In this case rather than paying the french 10% VAT, you will have to paid your local VAT.

Customers of typofonderie.com cannot be charged from any delivery cost concerning online downloading selling, according to the French “guideline” signed on 1997, May 20th: the client can not be reimbursed for the downloaded products on the Internet, “Digital Font” for Typofonderie.

Thus rule solely applies for online downloading selling. Shipping of mailing costs are charged as announced on the typofonderie.com website, when the products are effectively sent in a traditional manner.
