Typofonderie is an independent foundry since 1994. We design, manufacture and distribute exclusive typefaces. Meticulously built years after years, our library includes type families suited for every aspect of typographic usage. We are passionate about our work.   • Arbale Greek and Arbale Cyrillic are the new additions of Arbale Pro published in September 2023, a geometric sans serif available in three tones via OpenType: Modern, Universal and Vernacular. It is also the first time we publish typefaces for scripts other than Latin. These versions of Arbale support Greek and its derivatives, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Serbian and many others languages using Cyrillic scripts.

  • Arsen is a French Elzevir designed by Joachim Vu, that brings a distinctive touch to your projects while ensuring excellent readability, thanks to its four optical sizes. Each subfamily offers seven styles in Roman and italics, featuring 990 glyphs. Arsen, influenced by typefaces from the Parisian foundry Turlot published around 1895, is neither a Didot, nor a genre of Garamond, nor Caslon, nor Baskerville, nor even Fournier. This is why it will bring this unique style to your publication, design, that you are looking for.

  • Arbale brings together various modernist influences and vernacular lettering of geometric inspiration from the 20th century. Arbale has been designed to meet both the need to bring style and a strong identity to graphic design projects in which it will be used, while remaining perfectly acceptable as a text typeface. Arbale feature three tones: Modern, Universal, Vernacular in 9 romans and nine italics for a total of 1032 glyph by font.

The Série 16 is part of “caractères ordinaires modernes” intended for typographic composition at Deberny & Peignot. Austerlitz is available in 4 optical sizes is a serif typeface classified as common, natural, harmonious for the Petit and Labeur variants. It remains a typeface fundamentally influenced by both Bauhaus spirit — with its simplified geometric forms — and Jan Tschichold’s attempts to link this modular spirit to Eric Gill’s humanist sans serif. AW Conqueror Sans is a claimed French synthesis of Germanic Modernism and English classical tradition.
